Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may verify order details before processing, particularly for Cash on Delivery orders. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, incomplete contact or delivery information, repeated refused deliveries, or restrictions affecting delivery.
If we cancel a prepaid order after payment, we will refund the amount received for the cancelled items using the original payment method where possible.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, contact, and delivery information and for updating us promptly if it changes.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any other applicable charges are shown before order completion when possible. Available payment methods may change. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize applicable charges for your order.
Discounts, promotions, and coupon codes are subject to their stated conditions and may not be combined unless expressly allowed. We may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by an error or misuse.
Delivery, returns, and refunds
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, security conditions, incorrect addresses, remote locations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these Terms.

Our store may use services supplied by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, couriers, analytics services, and marketing platforms.
