Sale & Discounted Items Not eligible
Accessories & Bags Not eligible

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  • All original tags intact and attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Exchange request raised within the applicable window above

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or store credit.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom stitched or altered garments
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Accessories (bags, etc.)

Return & Refund Policy

We currently do not offer cash refunds. All eligible returns will be processed as an exchange or store credit only.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly at no additional cost to you.

How to Request an Exchange (via WhatsApp)

  1. Message us on WhatsApp or via our Contact page within your exchange window
  2. Share your order number and reason for exchange
  3. Send clear photos of the item if applicable
  4. Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the next steps

Please do not send items back without prior approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

  • THK error (wrong or defective item) — we cover all shipping costs
  • Customer preference (size, colour change) — customer is responsible for return shipping charges
